41-14, the Bears take another victim on their journey toward the state championships. The Eastside game displayed the Bear’s unstoppable defense and warlike offense. Even with this awesome victory, one must not forget about the loss against Clinton earlier in the season.
Hopefully, that loss will not come back to haunt us when we play the Devils once again this weekend. Contrary to popular belief, Coach Wayne Green is positive we will win. It an exclusive interview, Coach Green told us that “We made a lot of mistakes in the last game. I believe we have a shot.” This game will be the second of a possible five play off game. After those five games there will be a state championship game, showing who the best 3A division team is. When asked if the Bears have a shot playing in the championship, Coach Green had one short but sweet answer. “Yes!” Everyone please attend the game. We need all the support we can get. GOOD LUCK BEARS!
