Boy!!!! BHP has been on the ball. I can’t believe we are doing so good, sometimes I wonder…maybe having Black as a coach was a great idea!
The 2010 BHP Homecoming game was great I have to give some props to coach Blackston for giving us the best game ever! Not only did we win but the score was 69-7. The only reason Pickens scored was because we felt sorry for them at the end. But at the end of the game I realized we are and will continue to be unstoppable.

BHP’s 2009 Homecoming Queen is Keoshi Rice. She was pronounced our Homecoming Queen at the Homecoming Game on Friday, October the 16th during halftime. When they called her name as the winner, she was so excited. Ecstatic as could be, she walked up and received her flowers and her crown presented by Brooke Gambrell Homecoming queen of 2008. Congratulations to Keoshi’s big win and congratulations to all the girls who participated in Homecoming. All three are winners at BHP!!!!!
Homecoming 2009-BHP vs. Daniel

In the biggest game of the season, BHP tried their hardest against “powerhouse” Daniel but still came up short with a score of 28-7.
In the first quarter, the atmosphere on the field and throughout the bleachers was filled with excitement. This feeling escalated when BHP scored the first touchdown of the game. Disappointment arose shortly afterward when Daniel scored two consecutive touchdowns in less than thirty seconds by intercepting the ball. This disappointment was intensified not by the players but by the fans exiting the stands, thus causing the spirits of the players to deteriorate. Daniel later scored two touchdowns while BHP lost hope.
Though the game was not a success, BHP had some extraordinary players. Among these players was Andrew Cox, who intercepted a seemingly uncatchable ball. The defense was also an honorable mention, especially in the first quarter.
BHP will play Seneca this coming Friday. Will the Bears be able to overcome the loss they experienced against Daniel?
